No, and it is designed not to be. The assistant helps you understand what your symptoms might indicate, what you can safely do at home, and which specialty to consult. Every diagnosis, prescription and treatment decision comes from a qualified doctor on the platform.

Most specialists have same-day or next-day slots. The doctor directory shows live availability, so what you see when booking is what is actually open. Emergency cases are routed to our 24×7 coordination desk instead of the booking queue.

When your appointment is booked as a video consult, a secure room opens in your dashboard ten minutes before the slot. Join from any browser — no app or plugin needed. Prescriptions issued during the call appear in your records before you hang up.

Yes. Records are encrypted at rest, access is session-based, and only doctors you have consulted can view your history. You can revoke a doctor's access at any time from your profile, and every view is logged in an audit trail.

Family and Premium members can add up to five member profiles and manage appointments, prescriptions and reports for each one separately, while keeping the records properly segregated.

Cancel from the My Appointments page at no charge up to two hours before the slot. Later cancellations and no-shows may attract a partial fee, which the doctor sets and which is always shown before you confirm.

For in-clinic procedures at our partner hospitals, cashless claims are supported for major insurers. Online consultations are typically paid upfront and are reimbursable under most outpatient policies — we generate a compliant invoice for you.
